- University degree
- Work experience in media sector
- Positive track record with a minimum two years in a sales management position
- Goal oriented
- Proven ability to lead people and build a team
- Proven track record of negotiating at the senior executive level
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- High energy level and optimistic personality
- Self-starter
Oferujemy Your chalange:
- Plan, organize, direct and control operations of the Net sales division
- Inncrease market share by setting goals, objectives and building short and long term sales growth strategies
- Ensure sales goals are achieved through effective motivation and development of the sales team
- Manage resources, people and information
- Coach, motivate and develop sales team members
- Create new ideas supporting advertising sales department development
- Propose and implement ideas to maintain a good social climate, openn communication, teamwork and high employee morale
